My name is Carrie Shapiro and I am the owner of Carrie411. I am a 20 year resident of Danville. I grew up in Walnut Creek and graduated from Chico State. My husband and I moved to Danville in 1999.
Before becoming a mother, I worked in the tech industry in sales marketing. We have 3 teenage boys attending Charlotte Wood Middle School, San Ramon Valley High School and The University of Oregon. I spent many years volunteering at the schools in all aspects from PTA to Education Funds, class parenting and team parenting. I schedule my days and nights around my kids sports schedules. One of my favorite places to be is sitting in the bleachers watching my kids play football, basketball or running track. We are a family of dog lovers. We currently have two yellow labrador retrievers that we all adore and spoil. The name Carrie411 is derived from my nickname since college; 411. I have always been that go to person for information, contacts and details. It seemed fitting that Carrie411 is the name of my company.
